Money Strategies Live: Amazon Crash, TSA New Rules, New Open AI Model, Augusta Rule

In this episode of Mark's Money Secrets, Mark Lewis, EA breaks down the financial, trading, tax, and business implications behind some of the biggest stories of the week.

We start with the deadly Amazon cargo plane crash at Miami International Airport and the question investors immediately want answered: what does an event like this actually mean for $AMZN, Boeing, and the larger trading opportunity? The Amazon Air Boeing 767, operated by 21 Air, overran the runway while landing in Miami, killing at least five people and prompting an NTSB investigation. Then there is a major change happening at American airports.

The new Gateside by TSA PreCheck program allows approved people who AREN'T flying to pass through security and visit airport gates at 13 participating airports. That means meeting someone at the gate, walking family members to their flight, or even accessing airport restaurants and shops without having a boarding pass. Applicants must meet the program requirements and receive approval before entering.

And then we get into something every business owner with an LLC needs to understand. Two recent court cases produced very different results when personal creditors went after LLC ownership interests. We break down charging orders, single-member versus multi-member LLCs, state jurisdiction, operating agreements, tenancy by the entirety, and why simply saying "I have an LLC" tells me almost nothing about how well your assets are actually protected. We also get into OpenAI and the publicly traded companies that could potentially benefit from the next wave of AI development, live $SPY analysis, current trading setups, options trading questions from members, and stocks we're watching heading into the week.

Then we shift from markets to taxes with a breakdown of the Augusta Rule, including how business owners can rent their homes to their companies, how reasonable market rent should be established, the documentation you need, and the mistakes that can turn a legitimate tax strategy into a very expensive problem. If you're a business owner who wants to understand how taxes, trading, corporate structure, and asset protection actually work together, this episode is for you.
